Appealing a Ban

Any ban can be appealed. Wait until you've cooled off, then open a ticket, and an Admin who didn't give the ban will decide.

Before you appeal

Read the rule you were banned for in the Community Guidelines, and think about what happened. A calm, honest appeal is the one that gets read properly.

How to appeal

  1. Message the Dash Networks bot on our Discord to open a ticket.
  2. Say it's a ban appeal, and give your FiveM name and the ban ID from your ban message.
  3. Tell us what happened in your own words, and why the ban should change.
  4. Wait for a reply in the same DMs.

What happens next

An Admin who didn't give the ban reads your appeal, checks the evidence and the ban's notes, and decides whether to lift it, shorten it or keep it. You'll hear back in your ticket.

While you wait

  • Don't make a new account, or play on someone else's, to get round the ban. Dodging a ban can mean a permanent one.
  • Don't message staff about it outside your ticket.
